We’ve built a collaborative model for artists who need a full-time team but want to remain independent. By combining a transparent service fee with a small, time-limited revenue share, we are able to provide a a complete approach for every release.

This "skin in the game" approach ensures our goals are perfectly aligned: we only win when you do. It’s a competitive, sustainable alternative to the traditional label deal—designed to give you the infrastructure you need now, without giving away your future.

The Partnership Structure

Our model is built on shared investment:

Service Fee: A transparent monthly fee based on your release pace.

Streaming: You receive 60% of the streaming revenue, while the label keeps 40%. This split applies for the first three years. After that, you keep 100% of all streaming revenue from the release.

Publishing: You retain 100% ownership of your solo-written work. (Standard 20%–50% splits apply only to songs co-written with our team).

Sync: The label retains 40% only on Film & TV placements secured through our network. If you land a deal independently, we take 0%.

Performance: The label retains 40% only on live opportunities we actively seek out and negotiate for you. If you secure a performance independently, you keep 100%.

Every partnership includes our full-service development suite. We act as your dedicated team, handling everything so you can focus on the music making, the performances and the content.

Live Virtual Studio Sessions
Real-time, low-latency remote sessions that allow us to write, record, and produce together as if we were in the same room, regardless of your location.

Professional Production
Every track is produced, mixed, and mastered by the Shambalia team.

Artist Collaboration
Songs are released with Shambalia as a featured artist, leveraging our established audience.

$500 Minimum Promo Budget
Every release is allocated dedicated promotional funding, invested in line with the artist-specific strategy. The label may add extra funds in select cases. The budget primarily supports advertising and playlisting, with portions potentially allocated to PR or other audience-building opportunities when appropriate.

Development
For every release, you’ll receive a minimum of six personalized, one-hour strategic development sessions designed to map out and accelerate your long-term growth.

Campaign Execution
Fully managed promotion including strategy, events, content guidance, ads, and playlisting.

Live Opportunities
We actively seek and secure performance opportunities.

Professional Sync Pitching
Every track is submitted to our Film & TV music supervisor network for licensing.
